Job Description
The Real Estate Finance Practice Group in our Charlotte office is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. This role supports a dynamic Real Estate Finance practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience
- Prior transactional experience required; real estate finance experience strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles and redlining, as well as Adobe Acrobat
- Strong command of Microsoft Outlook
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high degree of professionalism and dedication
