We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in snow removal, landscaping services, project management, and customer relations. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, overseeing snow removal and landscaping maintenance, and fostering long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Work with Business Development to transition and onboard new customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and newly assigned customer accounts
- Responsible for all assigned snow and/or landscape customer renewals
- Identify solutions to expand services with landscape and snow removal customers
- Partner with General Manager/Enhancement Manager on enhancement job costing
- Prepare and present detailed enhancement proposals to assigned customers
- Record all enhancement proposals within the company's CRM (Salesforce)
- Provide weekly reporting on CRM pipeline versus enhancement sales goals
- Prioritize all enhancement projects for each customer's property
- Coordinate and manage customer approved landscaping enhancement projects
- Work with Production Manager to schedule crews and allocate resources
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of ongoing projects
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses
- Approve invoices and ensure timely billing for services rendered
- Clearly communicate with senior management on account status, project progress, and financial performance
- Assist customers with their year-round budget planning
