Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for operational oversight of the Cedar Rapids branch, managing field operations to meet growth and profitability goals while adhering to the company's mission and values.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in landscape and snow removal operations
• Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent oral communication, inter-personnel, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously
• Computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
