The HR Generalist role is responsible for providing hands-on HR administrative support throughout busy operational seasons.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (ADP, Paycor, BambooHR, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
