Job Description
Winthrop Technologies is seeking a CSA Construction Manager for a major data centre project in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team to deliver CSA work packages, oversee site safety, and coordinate procurement and design.
Requirements
- Relevant construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or similar senior role on large-scale construction projects
- Strong track record in managing and successfully delivering CSA work packages
- Experience in project scheduling, programming, sequencing, and producing look-ahead forecasts
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing internal construction teams
- Experience delivering large-scale, fast-track, and technically complex projects
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
