CSA Package Manager (Architectural)

Winthrop Technologies is seeking a CSA Package Manager (Architecture) to join their team on a major Data Centre project in Finland. The role involves managing CSA Architectural packages, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ experience in a main contracting environment
• Proven experience managing architectural/fitout packages on large-scale construction projects, ideally within Data Centres or high-tech sectors
• Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong understanding of project sequencing, package interfaces, and programme delivery
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant project management tools
• Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
