Winthrop Technologies, a dedicated data centre delivery partner, seeks an Electrical Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver electrical construction activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on program, within budget, and to specification.

Requirements

• Developing a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Coordinating the acquisition of equipment, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and quality standards.
• Managing the contractors by overseeing their work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors when necessary.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that the installation of equipment items meets the required standards and specifications.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget, including tracking equipment items.
• Overseeing project timelines and making sure that installation work is completed on time to avoid delays.
