Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join our on-site team in Vaasa, Finland. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead weekly toolbox talks, prepare weekly progress reports, and coordinate site activities with other trades to ensure smooth operations.

• Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
• Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop two-week lookahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track.
• Ensure labour requirements are met in line with project schedules.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards across all mechanical works.
• Drive efficiency by ensuring subcontractors perform at their best.
• Communicate any variations or delays promptly to your line manager.
