Quality Manager

Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner seeking a QA Manager to join their team in Kirkkonummi, Uusimaa, Finland. The QA Manager will be responsible for planning and conducting quality audits, ensuring quality policies are implemented, and coordinating test pack preparation and final handover documentation.

Requirements

• Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control
• Ensuring that the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site
• Generate project specific quality plans as per requirements
• Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policies
• Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved
• Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
• Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover.
• Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to on site staff for improvement to attain project feasibility
