Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a major data centre project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs and value for the project.

Requirements

• Managing multiple subcontract packages
• Collaborating with client representatives
• Procuring subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works
• Analyzing and presenting tender returns
• Preparing and agreeing subcontract documents
• Commercial management of subcontract packages
• Monitoring costs and financial entitlement
• Active engagement with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
• Negotiating and agreeing variations, omissions, and final accounts
• Resolving conflicts and developing junior members of the commercial team
