Job Description
Wintrust Wealth Management serves the financial needs of private clients and offers comprehensive wealth management solutions through its four companies. The Financial Assistant will support the Financial Advisor Team by providing administrative support, sales support, customer service, and other related resources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry and customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce and Workday desirable
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and Illinois Insurance License preferred, but not required to start
- Relationship management skills
- A thorough understanding of a client service environment
