Job Description
The Loan Executive role provides superior service to FIRST's internal and external customers while accurately processing loan agreements. The role requires 1-3 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Requirements
- Process loan agreements accurately and timely for assigned agents
- Certify duties are performed within regulatory compliance for loans up to $250,000
- Monitor the daily underwriting report and submit special request forms
- Complete insurance policy verifications
- Review and recommend credit line increases
- Coordinate with Inside Sales and RM's regarding relationship issues
- Perform all responsibilities to internal and external customers while providing outstanding customer service
