Job Description
Wintrust is seeking a Senior Commercial Banker to join the Middle Market Commercial team in Western Michigan. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking customers, expanding existing customer relationships, and developing new business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting
- 7+ years' commercial lending experience with a focus on C&I lending
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability establishing client relationships and working within a team environment
