Senior Portfolio Manager, Commercial

Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses. The Senior Portfolio Manager, Commercial supports the Middle Market Commercial Banking team, analyzing commercial business financial statements and calculating critical credit metrics.

Requirements

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial customers
• Provide support and oversight of reporting for portfolio management
• Coordinate collection and review of financial statements and tax returns
• Monitor assigned portfolio for early warning signs of financial weakness or other risks
• Prepare credit packages for annual reviews, renewals, loan requests, and criticized asset reviews
• Structure and underwrite complex commercial loan transactions
• Provide credit recommendations to the appropriate level of credit administration
• Review and negotiate loan documentation
• Serve as contact for internal audits and loan reviews
• Comply with all bank policies and procedures
