The purpose of this role is to develop minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client's expectations and add value to business. The role requires managing product/solution development using desired AI techniques, leading development and implementation of custom solutions, and creating overall product development strategy. The role also involves team management, resourcing, talent management, performance management, employee satisfaction and engagement, and deliverables such as continuous technical project management & delivery, client centricity, and capability building & team management.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Generative AI
• Experience with AI techniques and custom solutions
• Strong technical project management skills
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to create and delegate work plans to the programming team
