Job Description
The AI Lead L1 role is responsible for developing minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client expectations, and add value to business. The role involves managing product/solution development, leading development and implementation of custom solutions, and creating AI models and framework to cater to business problems. The AI Lead L1 also leads team management, resourcing, talent management, performance management, employee satisfaction, and engagement.
