Analyst

The Analyst role provides technical support to the process and actively resolves client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. The role offers a wide range of industries and investment structures, allowing candidates to develop a unique understanding of companies, capital structures, and credit markets.

Requirements

• Analyzing investment guidelines or indentures and interpreting them to build logic-based rules to implement into automated compliance monitoring system.
• Delivering daily/monthly/quarterly compliance reports to PM teams for the new violations across all investment policies.
• Supporting onshore teams by assisting them in post trade compliance monitoring activities across all the investment strategies.
• Assisting in identifying the data governance and data reconciliation issues.
• Delivering excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries.
• Providing product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
• Maintaining logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.
• Accurately processing and recording all incoming call and email using the designated tracking software.
• Offering alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business.
• Organizing ideas and effectively communicating oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.
• Following up and making scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract /SLAs.
