Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intake Business Analyst to join our Business Engagement & Solution team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing specifically on data-centric initiatives within the Wealth domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both business analysis and software development, enabling them to contribute effectively across the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to solution implementation and testing, including active participation in coding.

Requirements

• Lead and facilitate business requirement discussions with stakeholders
• Develop high-level solution designs
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
• Author detailed Functional Requirements (FR) documentation
• Conduct thorough reviews of Functional Requirements
• Collaborate closely with Technical Project Managers and development teams
• Review test scenarios
• Actively participate in development/coding tasks
• Understand and document regulatory data requirements
• Monitor project timelines
• Identify risks and escalate issues
• Partner with stakeholders
• Support system enhancement efforts
• Participate in data quality issue resolution
• Provide daily check-ins and weekly updates/dashboards
