BUSINESS ANALYST L1

The role of a Business Analyst L1 is to liaise and bridge the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulate them to delivery teams, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

Requirements

• Gather customer requirements and engage with clients
• Interface with internal teams to design and formulate accurate and timely responses to RFP/RFIs
• Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation
• Engage with delivery team to ensure right solution is proposed to the customer
• Support QA team with periodic testing and conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demo's testing
• Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and design, develop improvements and changes
• Build domain expertise and contribute to knowledge repository
• Conduct market research for content and development
