Job Description
The Business Analyst L3 role involves liaising between customers and Wipro's delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements, and articulating them to delivery teams to ensure right solutioning to the customer.
Requirements
- Gather customer requirements and engage with clients
- Interface with internal teams, including project managers and pre-sales teams
- Design and formulate accurate and timely responses to RFP/RFIs
- Empower customers through demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions/prototypes
- Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation
- Conduct root cause analysis and deploy new change requests to cater to customer needs
- Support QA teams and conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demos
