BUSINESS ANALYST L4

The Business Analyst L4 role involves liaising between customers and Wipro delivery teams to comprehend and analyze customer requirements, articulating solutions, and ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

Requirements

• Gathering and engagement with customer requirements
• Interface and coordinate with client engagement partners
• Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features etc.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities
• Writing specification after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements
• Engage and interact with internal team
• Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation
• Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers
