BUSINESS ANALYST L5

As a Business Analyst L5, the role involves liaising between customers and Wipro's delivery team to understand and analyze customer requirements, articulating them to the delivery teams, and ensuring the right solutioning for customers. The role requires engaging with customers, internal teams, and delivery teams to design and formulate accurate and timely responses to RFP/RFIs, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring ongoing reviews and feedback to improve and deliver better value to customers.

Requirements

• Gathering and engagement with customer requirements
• Interface and coordination with client engagement partners
• Detailing out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements
• Constructing workflow charts and diagrams
• Engaging and interacting with internal team - project managers, pre-sales team, tech leads, architects
• Maintaining relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation
• Ensuring ongoing reviews and feedback from customers
• Engaging with delivery team to ensure right solution is proposed to the customer
• Supporting QA team with periodic testing
• Conducting Integration Testing and User Acceptance demo's testing
• Using data modelling practices to analyze findings and design, develop improvements and changes
• Building domain expertise and contributing to knowledge repository
