CTO - Senior Blockchain Developer

We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and optimize smart contracts and blockchain-based systems for stablecoin & Tokenization issuance, crypto trading platforms, and cross-chain interoperability.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development
• 3+ years in blockchain (Ethereum, EVM, or Cosmos)
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and/or Rust
• Experience with Hardhat/Foundry or Anchor
• Deep understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-4626) and upgradeable contracts
• Trading & DeFi Knowledge
• Experience with DEX protocols, liquidity pools, and smart order routing
• Security: Familiarity with reentrancy, overflow/underflow, access control, and formal verification tools
• Knowledge of oracles, MPC wallets, and custody solutions
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (MiCA, FATF) is a plus
