Job Description
The First Line Manager (FLM) L2 role is responsible for executing processes, driving team performance, and ensuring compliance with client contracts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations Management and possess strong stakeholder interaction and management skills.
Requirements
- Execute process and drive team performance on key metrics
- Conduct briefings, debriefings, and huddle meetings
- Prepare performance data and presentations for clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage issues
- Organize team engagement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation
- Review performance data and provide feedback and coaching
- Conduct process trainings and ensure quality improvements
- Manage team resourcing, talent, and attrition
