Gen AI Lead

The Gen AI Lead will support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. They will lead end-to-end development of GenAI-based solutions, mentor a team of engineers, and drive innovation in prompt engineering and LangChain-based applications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
• At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering AI-driven or GenAI-based solutions
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Core Technologies: Expertise in Generative AI, Python, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and embedding models (e.g., BERT, GPT-based models).
• Software Engineering: Strong experience in software development with technologies such as.NET, Java, React, or Angular.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage project deliverables.
• SDLC Tools: Familiarity with tools for app modernization, unit testing, and coding standards review.
• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies.
