Hadoop TECHNICAL LEAD L1

The Hadoop TECHNICAL LEAD L1 role at Wipro Limited involves supporting process delivery, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role requires overseeing and supporting processes, reviewing performance dashboards, and resolving client queries. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for developing understanding of process/product for team members, documenting and analyzing call logs, and identifying red flags and escalating serious client issues. Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Hadoop and Cloudera
• Mandatory skills in Hadoop and Cloudera
