We are looking for an experienced Lead L3 Support Engineer to join our support organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in L3 production support, ServiceNow-based ITSM processes, Change Management, and ITIL practices. The role requires deep expertise in monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace, along with solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, Core Java, and Unix commands. Experience supporting Java / Spring Boot applications in the Banking domain is highly desirable.
