Job Description
The Lead Administrator L1 role provides significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) and manages its day-to-day operations. The role involves providing adequate support in architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects, leading the structural/ architectural design of a platform/ middleware/ database/ back up, conducting technology capacity planning, and strategizing & implementing disaster recovery plans. The role also involves team management, talent management, performance management, employee satisfaction and engagement, and knowledge management.
