Job Description
The LEAD ADMINISTRATOR L1 role is responsible for providing technical expertise in architecture planning and design of a tower, managing its day-to-day operations, and leading a team. The role involves providing adequate support in architecture planning, migration, and installation for new projects, conducting technology capacity planning, and strategizing and implementing disaster recovery plans. The role also involves team management, resourcing, and talent management, as well as delivering on performance parameters such as operations of the tower, knowledge management, and timely delivery of new projects.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience
- ServiceNow Integrations and Automation experience
- Masters degree or equivalent
- Technical expertise in architecture planning and design
