Lead Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing and reviewing client reports, portfolio analytics, and investor communications materials. The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Finance with 6 to 9 years of experience in asset management, private credit, or a similar financial services environment.

Requirements

• Postgraduate in Finance
• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in asset management, private credit, or a similar financial services environment
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio/investor reporting, and performance measurement
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex reports and end-to-end reporting cycles
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word)
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, mentor junior staff, and drive performance under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English
