The Major Incident Manager L2 will be responsible for driving the Major Incident Bridge, coordinating with Resolver Groups, and ensuring that Major Incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs. The role will also involve conducting thorough analysis and preparing Major Incident Reports, as well as ensuring that resolution procedures are updated in the knowledge database.
