Job Description
Support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. Oversee and support process by reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters, provide technical support and process guidance to the team.
Requirements
- MS SQL knowledge
- 5-8 years of experience
- Ability to troubleshoot client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
