- 6+ years in BI / analytics roles
- 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience
- Deep expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
- Deep expertise in DAX (complex measures, time intelligence, optimization)
- Deep expertise in data modeling (star schema, fact/dimension design)
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Experience with enterprise security concepts (RLS, workspace permissions, AD/AAD groups)
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets in production environments
