As Procurement Team Lead, you will build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Requirements
- Work with the team to ensure all incoming Procurement Services requests: PR to PO / RFX/ Contract Management are responded/treated on a day-to-day basis within the given language scope and within the agreed SLA and accuracy
- Meeting SLAs, Dashboard Reports, Handling client calls, Escalation process
- Manage all Procurement Services related processes on operational, policy, process, procedure, technical and migration documentation
- Direct communication with the client, addressing any escalations, ensuring timeliness and qualitative delivery and reporting
- Resolve/monitor resolution for all complex queries captured and recorded by team leaders, providing guidance on the tools and processes in scope
- Monitoring of Backlog and proactively follow up with assigned Teams
- Use problem management information proactively to assist in the recognition and prevention/resolution of recurring problems
- Perform problem analysis, trending and reporting, including root cause analysis for escalations
- Create different reports for Business / internal purpose; prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Provide support to the various end users & managers
- Ensure adherence to process essentials and compliance to customer requirements
- Ensure the team is kept motivated and be responsible for performance evaluation (including 1on1 with all direct reports)
