SENIOR ANDROID ENGINEER

Wipro Limited is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to design, develop, and troubleshoot solutions on various software as per client requirements. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Android and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project plans, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Design and develop solutions as per client's specifications
• Work on different software like CAD, CAE to develop appropriate models
• Test prototype and designs produced on software and check all boundary conditions
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Create a prototype as per engineering drawings & outline CAD model
• Perform failure effect mode analysis (FMEA) for new requirements
• Provide optimized solutions to the client by running simulations in virtual environment
• Ensure software is updated with latest features
• Enhance applications/solutions by identifying opportunities for improvement
• Follow industry standard operating procedures
• Provide customer support and problem solving
• Perform defect fixing raised by the client or software integration team
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
• Comply with project plans and industry standards
• Ensure reporting & documentation for the client
• Maintain documents and create a repository of all design changes
• Maintain time-sheets for the clients
• Provide written knowledge transfer/history of the project
