- Contributes to team thought leadership
- Ensures a track record is written up of own assignment and, where appropriate, ensures it is written up as a case study
- Continually delivers all Wipro admin in a timely manner
- Demonstrates contribution to internal initiatives
- Suggests ways to improve an engagement through leverage of tools, methods, assets, information sources, and IP available within the knowledge management platform
- Organises the contribution of IP and knowledge assets to the central repository of Wipro and GCG
- Promotes reuse
- Engages with other consulting and delivery teams to enhance collaboration and growth
- Participates in and suggests ideas for practice development initiatives
- Actively shares knowledge and points of view within the team and within relevant communities of interest
