Senior Manager - AI/ML Solutions & Architecture

We are seeking a hands-on and visionary AI leader to design and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, and related technologies.

Requirements

• Architect, design, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large/Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs).
• Build and optimize intelligent backend systems integrating AI/ML capabilities with modern cloud and distributed platforms.
• Develop and deploy advanced solutions using RAG, Graph RAG, LangChain, and vector databases.
• Drive data strategy and ensure efficient data management, processing, and retrieval to support AI workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, standards, and technical roadmaps.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in AI system design, coding, and performance optimization.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and ML research trends, applying emerging technologies to enhance business value and solution performance.
• Ensure end-to-end solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
