ServiceNow Business Analyst

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will liaise between customers and Wipro's delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements, ensuring the right solution is provided. The role involves gathering customer requirements, designing and formulating accurate responses, and maintaining relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation.

Requirements

• Business Analysis experience
• 5-8 years of experience
• Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features etc
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams
• Engage and interact with internal team - project managers, pre-sales team, tech leads, architects
• Maintain relationships with customers
• Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers
• Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demo’s testing
• Use data modelling practices to analyze the findings and design, develop improvements and changes
• Ensure 100% utilization
