Job Description
The Solution Architect L1 will create architectural solution designs, provide thought leadership, and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. They will develop solutions for new deals and major change requests, provide technical leadership, and ensure overall design assurance. They will also work closely with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues through to resolution.
Requirements
- Develop architectural solutions for new deals/major change requests
- Provide technical leadership to design, development, and implementation of custom solutions
- Collaborate with sales, program/project, consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture
- Manage multiple projects and accurately report status
- Develop and establish relevant technical, business process, and overall support metrics
