SOLUTION ARCHITECT L1

Wipro Limited is seeking a SOLUTION ARCHITECT L1 to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. The role involves developing architectural solutions, providing technical leadership, and enabling delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions/frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow - SaaS and will be responsible for resourcing, talent management, performance management, and employee satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals/major change requests in existing deals
• Provide technical leadership to the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions
• Collaborate with sales, program/project, consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture
• Enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions/frameworks
• Resourcing, talent management, performance management, and employee satisfaction and engagement
