Requirements
- Graduate in any Stream (Hons/General)
- 2 years of work experience
- Basic understanding of online fraud and offline fraud
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong Time Management skills
- Good Interpersonal & People skills with a good problem-solving approach
- Customer Centric Mindset
- Ability to read & write more than one regional language
- Strong Knowledge of Current Affairs and General Knowledge
