Team Manager

Lead the day-to-day operations of the GT Investment Allocations team, managing workload, reviews, and process quality. Partner with CIO teams, PMs, and investment committees to support allocation discussions and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA qualification
• Strong understanding of credit markets, allocation frameworks, and guideline-based portfolio construction
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word)
• Ability to summarize complex information succinctly and efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision
• Proven track record of working directly with senior management
• Proficient in handling client escalations, resource allocation, people management, and project deliverables
