Teamcenter PLM Support Consultant

As a Teamcenter PLM Support Consultant at Wipro Limited, you will review specifications, provide level 2 support, and contribute to knowledge creation. You will also manage enhancement/change requests, submit proposals, and create test protocols. The ideal candidate has experience in application development and support on Teamcenter application, good PLM domain knowledge, and strong English communication skills.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in application development and support on Teamcenter application
• Very good Knowledge of Teamcenter application architecture
• Good PLM domain knowledge
• Experience configuring T4EA & T4S integration and troubleshooting integration issues
• Experience in BMIDE, ITK, Workflow, Product Structure, Deployment center, etc.
• Prior experience of providing Teamcenter application support to end users ensuring resolution and end user satisfaction
• Understanding of ITSM processes like incident management, service management, knowledge management, continuous improvement, problem management etc.
