Technical Lead L1

The Technical Lead L1 will oversee and support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role involves reviewing daily transactions, resolving client queries, and developing understanding of process/product for team members. The Technical Lead L1 will also handle technical escalations, provide product support and resolution, and build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Application Modernization - Mainframe
• Technical skills: Application Modernization - Mainframe
• Ability to handle technical escalations and provide product support and resolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build people capability and ensure operational excellence
