Job Description
The Technical Lead L1 role at Wipro Limited involves supporting process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. The role requires overseeing and supporting processes, reviewing performance dashboards, and providing technical support and process guidance to the team. The Technical Lead L1 will also be responsible for resolving client queries, developing product understanding for team members, and documenting and analyzing call logs to spot trends and prevent future problems.
