Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead L1 with a strong background in Java development to design, build, and maintain robust backend systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management.
Requirements
- Strong background in Java development
- Experience with Spring and Hibernate
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with database management (both SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers
