Job Description
The Technical Lead L1 role is responsible for supporting process delivery by ensuring daily performance of Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. Key responsibilities include reviewing daily transactions, resolving client queries, and developing process and product understanding for team members. The role also involves handling technical escalations, managing and resolving technical roadblocks, and providing product support and resolution to clients.
