Job Description
The Technical Lead L1 is responsible for supporting process delivery by ensuring daily performance of Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. They oversee and support processes, review performance dashboards, and develop understanding of processes/products for team members. They also handle technical escalations, manage and resolve technical roadblocks, and provide product support and resolution to clients.
