Job Description
The Technical Lead L1 role supports process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role involves overseeing and supporting process delivery, reviewing performance dashboards, and resolving client queries. Additionally, the Technical Lead L1 is responsible for developing understanding of process/products, documenting and analyzing call logs, and identifying red flags. The role also involves handling technical escalations, managing and resolving technical roadblocks, and providing product support and resolution to clients.
