Job Description
The TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT L1 role involves providing solutions and bridging the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions. The role requires techno-functional expertise, driving end-to-end processes, and providing product support and maintenance to clients.
Requirements
- Bridging the gap between project and support teams
- Providing techno-functional solution support for new business implementations
- Supporting the solutioning team from architectural design to implementation
- Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing or integrating existing products
- Providing product support and maintenance to clients
- Creating and deploying automation tools/solutions
- Clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications
- Attending trainings, seminars to sharpen knowledge
- Writing papers, articles, case studies, and publishing them
